20 Years Old OPEN RHINOPLASTY I had surgery on my enlarged turbinates, adenoids, my deviated septum, as well as cosmetic changes (a rhinoplasty). With recurring sinus infections and trouble breathing I decided to take the surgical route. I picked Dr. Hobgood based on his reviews. I had my surgery done on at the surgery center of gilbert and his staff were very nice and accommodating before the surgery and after the surgery when checking up on me. The outcome was exactly what I wanted and very natural. In fact it is almost identical to my brothers nose so most would never assume I've had a nose job because it looks like one I would have likely had genetically. My recovery time was very minimal, I think this was due to his level of care during surgery. I bruised the first 3 days then after that it was very light yellow circles under my eyes. Swelling was unnoticeable at 1wk post op. Pain was also very minimal, I did not take the prescribed pain medication past day 1 post op. I can honestly say I have no complaints.
3 weeks out and doing good I was referred by an ENT who said my case was complex and that he did not want to "fix" me. I broke my nose 9 months ago and was trying to live with it. I had 100% total blockage of my nostrils when I slept and it was really annoying. He told me that Dr. Hobgood was the best of the best in Phoenix for what I needed done. I had a septoplasty/rhinoplasty 3 weeks ago. I was so nervous. Dr Hobgood's office made me feel so at ease and then when I met the Dr I felt even better. Friendly, great bedside manner and he was quite confident he would be able to correct it and that I'd have a good result. He did confirm what the other specialist said, I had really messed the inside of my nose up when I broke it. I continue to heal. Everyday I am doing better and better. I know if I need to talk to the Dr or his staff they will most definitely take care of any issues I may have. Thank you!
29 Year Old Who Never Felt Comfortable with Her Nose - Scottsdale, AZ I did a lot of research before choosing Dr. Hobgood as my facial plastic surgeon. I was a little nervous going into the consultation but as soon as I met Dr. Hobgood I knew I wanted him to be my doctor. He is very kind, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. He even provided me with information on things I would have never thought to have asked. I was very nervous the day of surgery but he, again, made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Hobgood called me the night of surgery and the following day to see how I was healing. He continued to ensure I was doing okay throughout the course of my recovery. My recovery was very easy and smooth. I feel like this was the nose I was always meant to have. I can't express how much more comfortable I am in my own skin. The only regret I have is not having found Dr. Hobgood 10 years earlier! It's been over 9 months since my surgery and I am beyond happy! Boost In Confidence - Scottsdale, AZ At first I was a bit skeptical to have surgery on my face but one month out I am very happy with the result, although I still have a lot more healing to go. It was not as painful as I had expected but it did hurt quite a bit! When I got the cast off I freaked out because my nose was so swollen, but realized the swelling would go down, and it did!
So Happy - Scottsdale, AZ Such a great decision. Has improved my self esteem greatly and helped me enjoy life more. My nose was very c-shaped and too large for my face. Dr Hobgood corrected the shape, straitened it, refined the tip and made my new nose fit on my face, beautifully. I used to dislike taking photos because I didn't feel like I ever looked like "me". Holy Nose - Scottsdale, AZ I've always hated the way my nose looked mainly because it wasn't cute and small. After debating for a few years I decided that I wanted to follow through and finally get what I have always wanted. One of my friends had recently gotten her nose done by Hobgood and I knew he was the the perfect surgeon. I was right, and I have never felt more comfortable with such a big procedure because of him.
50+ Scottsdale, AZ I have had difficulty breathing for the past 20+ years,. Even with nose surgery twice (in year 2000 and 2009 by two different doctors), still I have struggling every night, trying to breath. Side Lump Growing on Wide Nose - Scottsdale, AZ I needed a rhinoplasty after discovering I had a deviated septum and my nose was going to the right with a lump. It was rapidly growing. I had 3 consultations before deciding to go with Dr Hobgood. My nose is healing very well I am very happy and satisfied with the results I would do it all over again if I had to this is the best investment ever. And yes an investment in myself definitely well worth it. I lost all my before and after pictures so as soon as I get my finals from dr. Hobgood I will upload them onto the website.
Revision Rhinoplasty - Scottsdale, AZ After a botched rhinoplasty 5 years prior, and extensive research I finally decided to move forward with my revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Hobgood. He came highly recommended to me by several people in the aesthetics industry, and after meeting him I could see why. He takes the time to explain even the smallest details, sets realistic expectations, and really makes you feel that he genuinely cares about you. He gave me his cell number in case of any questions, and personally called me the evening of surgery to check on me. Aside from that, my results are perfect, and even better than I had hoped for. My nose fits my other facial features and is just perfect, even at just over a month out of surgery. I know it will continue to get even better as residual swelling goes down. I am so thankful for Dr. Hobgood, and would recommend anyone see him if considering facial plastic surgery.
58 Year-old Woman, Mama + Wife - Scottsdale, AZ Having my eyes "done" was the BEST thing I could have done! I was getting to the age where eye creams and injectables were no longer my best option. I felt like I always looked tired and that my sagging eyelid skin was adding age to my face- and I was right! This minimally invasive procedure required about 2 weeks recovery time, but was not painful or uncomfortable in the least. No one knows what I had done, but they consistently compliment my "well-rested" appearance. I love the way I look, and it has dramatically improved my self-confidence. I used to wear glasses everyday to conceal my lines, but I have started wearing contacts for the first time in my life! I would absolutely recommend this procedure to anyone that is considering it.

Dr Hobgood is the textbook definition of a Top Doc. I had a cancer event that required facial plastic surgery repair. Then, adding to the adventure, I ended up being a "challenging" healer. Dr. Hobgood is the best. He is an expert at what he does and if you choose him for surgery, you will not need to worry or second guess anything. He is also a great person and will spend time with you, make you laugh and feel comfortable. I would recommend him a million times over.
Doctors like this are Rare today. I was so overwhelmed with a decision I made elsewhere, before I knew better. I found Dr Hobgood through realself.com. I had a very unfortunate experience elsewhere and my previous Dr was of no help in explaining why I was having the symptoms I was. I sought out the expertise of Dr Hobgood and he was very thorough in explaining to me what I was dealing with and how we could proceed should I choose that route. I certainly wont go anywhere else in the future!!

I did a lot of research before I decided to go with Dr Hobgood. The main deciding factor was a picture of a woman that had a nose very similar to mine and the end results were subtle but drastic. I am so happy that I chose him to do my rhinoplasty! My experience with Dr Hogood and his staff was excellent. He's got great bedside manner, and his work is the best. I would 100% recommend him. And he will be doing my other procedures when the time comes, such as a facelift... I am so happy with my results.

He is is incredible- My healing was so fast, he was always checking up on me, he knew exactly what to do and I knew I was already in the BEST HANDS! Thank you so much to the whole team. Review Back from 2021: First of all, right off the bat, Dr Hobgood has the best bedside manner I’ve ever met from a plastic surgeon. Right from the beginning, he was so kind and knew exactly what I wanted before the words left my mouth. I had a revision rhinoplasty- (lateral osteotomy) and a lip lift (to make my top lip look larger, since I have thin lips.) Price wise: INCREDIBLE. for both the procedures, this was right in my budget and was more affordable than many plastic surgeons in the area. For the quality and affordability, as well as his overal understanding, expertise, and precise work, don’t look any further! Dr. Hobgood should be your #1 choice. Seriously. I can’t express how amazing Dr Hobgood and his entire staff is. I had multiple bad experiences at other offices while seeking help for some things I’m currently struggling with. I was told by other offices that I needed a list of things done. I reached out to Dr Hobgood who listened to my concerns and reassured me I was not ready for any surgical procedures. I was so relieved and cannot thank him enough for his honesty and kindness. I love seeing Brooke for all of my facial treatments and she has always made me feel so great and is awesome at what she does. Ashley is amazing and I appreciate her honesty and being able to talk with her. Noel and Lisa up at the front are so wonderful and they have all made me feel so loved. You can stop your search for the perfect facial plastic surgeon right here! I’ve never experienced such hands on care. Dr Hobgood was there for the prepping stage & there to make sure you’re ready to go home. He also called the night before to make sure all questions were answered & gives you his personal phone number for any additional concerns. I feel his best quality is his honesty. He won’t promise something unattainable and his goal is always a natural result. His staff carries his same high standards. If you’re lucky enough to get on his schedule, don’t hesitate. I am very happy with my experience with Dr. Hobgood. KNOWLEDGE & SKILL. I have full trust in both Dr. Hobgood's knowledge of the latest and most effective techniques and his skill in executing them. I am SO happy with my results. MANNER, APPROACH, TRANSPARENCY. First, Dr. Hobgood is just a sincerely warm and sincere person. His "bedside manner" is the best I've ever experienced. Next, there is NO pressure and complete transparency in exactly what to expect. What is possible, what isn't, levels of discomfort and timing, etc. You know it all. Not least of all these is his natural approach. I look like ME. STAFF. Everyone in the office is exceptionally kind and welcoming. I live in eastern Mesa and would not normally travel such a distance for routine skin care, but I think I may start because not only do I trust them to know their stuff, I just like them a lot.

Before I had my procedures done, I had been very self conscious of my side profile. I thought about it all the time, and I felt really flawed. I highly recommend Dr. Hobgood as a doctor for your needs regarding facial plastic surgery. My skin cancer doctor suggested that [Dr. Hobgood] may be able to perform a deep skin peel or laser to improve my appearance and help prevent recurrences of future skin cancers.
Dr. Hobgood is a rare type of doctor. He really takes an interest in his patients. He has made several calls to my home to personally check on me; most of these calls were made on his own time either in the evenings or on the weekend. He tries to adjust his schedule to make it easier to see the people who need to see him. If you are looking for a skilled and caring doctor, look no further. Dr. Todd is number one! I just wish he were still in Columbus.
You are such an amazing doctor, and really treated us as not just patients, but you really got to know us on an individual level. We are both doing very well, and Rachel’s nose is gorgeous. She absolutely loves it!
