Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 341

This patient traveled from Hawaii to work with facial plastic surgeon Dr. Hobgood in Phoenix for her rhinoplasty.  She had a thicker skin envelope and wanted a lowered bridge and narrowing of the nasal tip.  Because of the thick skin she would also need tip support with a columella cartilage strut transplant.  An external approach was used in her case.  Dorsal reduction was used with osteotomies for bridge narrowing.
