Facelift Before & After Case 740

This patient underwent a deep plane face and necklift preservation style combined with an endoscopic forehead lift with endotine fixation, fat transfer from the abdomen to the face, and CO2 laser to the full face. The procedures were performed by Todd Hobgood M.D., a dual board-certified facial plastic surgeon at Hobgood Facial Plastic Surgery in Scottsdale.

In the before photos, this patient shows visible jowling along the jawline, loose skin in the neck, brow descent, and surface texture changes including lines and sun damage across the face. The after photos show a more defined jawline and neck contour, a lifted brow position, and a more even skin surface compared with before.

For those considering facelift in Scottsdale & Phoenix, this case illustrates what a combination approach can address: jowling, neck skin laxity, brow position, volume loss, and skin texture in a single surgical plan. Fat transfer from the abdomen was used to restore facial volume, while the CO2 laser treated surface texture and sun damage.

Across all the angles shown, the after photos reflect a more continuous and defined transition from the jawline into the neck, with the brow sitting in a higher position and the midface appearing fuller relative to before.
