This patient underwent a combination of facial procedures performed under anesthesia: a deep plane face and neck lift preservation style, upper blepharoplasty, transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition, submental liposuction, and full-face CO2 laser resurfacing. In the before photos, visible laxity is present along the jawline and into the jowls, with loose skin extending down the neck.
