Couldn't find a better doctor who is more skilled, professional and talented. He has outstanding social skills, is confident, engaging and concerned about his patients. We interviewed three other cosmetic surgeons from La Jolla, CA to Scottsdale, AZ prior to meeting Dr. Hobgood. However, once my husband and I met with Dr. Hobgood for a consultation, we knew he was the right surgeon to perform my face lift procedure. Couldn't be happier. Grateful to have met Dr. Hobgood.
Dr Hobgood is the textbook definition of a Top Doc. I had a cancer event that required facial plastic surgery repair. Then, adding to the adventure, I ended up being a "challenging" healer. Cannot say enough about Dr. Hobgood's knowledge, professionalism, KINDNESS. I'm so glad my cancer doc sent me to Hobgood. Such a nice man on top of being an excellent doctor. Dr. Hobgood is the best. He is an expert at what he does and if you choose him for surgery, you will not need to worry or second guess anything. He is also a great person and will spend time with you, make you laugh and feel comfortable. I would recommend him a million times over.
Doctors like this are Rare today. I was so overwhelmed with a decision I made elsewhere, before I knew better. I found Dr Hobgood through realself.com. I had a very unfortunate experience elsewhere and my previous Dr was of no help in explaining why I was having the symptoms I was. I sought out the expertise of Dr Hobgood and he was very thorough in explaining to me what I was dealing with and how we could proceed should I choose that route. I certainly wont go anywhere else in the future!!

As soon as I met Dr. Hobgood I knew I wanted him to be my doctor. He is very kind, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. By age 66, time and too much sun had taken its toll. Even though I am diligent about exercise, (yoga, Pilates, walking) and a healthy diet, I felt my face and neck should reflect how vibrant I was feeling on the inside. When I looked in the mirror, my reflection did not match my energy. Into the mix, Dr. Hobgood. Dr. Hobgood and the entire staff, exude, warmth, personality, and genuine interest making for a wonderful experience and end result. From consultation to completion of surgery, the experience has been seamless. Best decision I’ve ever made! I only had one consult with him for my rhinoplasty and I knew he was the one for me! I felt so comfortable and I knew he would do what’s best for me! After my surgery I had a total complete boost of confidence and I am forever grateful!!!

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Hobgood in October 2024 for cosmetic reasons and I couldn’t be happier. Upon meeting him, I immediately knew he was the “the one” because he actually took the time to understand me, what I was trying to achieve, heard all of my concerns, and educated me on not only the process, but potential risks based on my own nose structure. While that sounds like an obvious thing, the first doctor I saw didn’t even look inside my nose, he was only concerned with the outside view. Dr Hobgood truly cares about his patients before, during, and after surgery. I am so grateful he was part of my rhinoplasty journey. If you are consider a rhinoplasty, I encourage you to see Dr Hobgood. You won’t regret it!

Dr. Hobgood gave me the nose of my dreams! From my first appointment, my experience with him and his team exceeded my expectations. During the consultation, Dr. Hobgood took the time to really get to know me, which helped ease my nerves. He set realistic expectations and clearly explained his surgical plan. The surgery center was also top-notch, contributing to a seamless experience. After my cast was removed, I noticed a small bump and was quite worried. I reached out to Dr. Hobgood’s office, and he took the time to call me personally to discuss my concerns. He reassured me that it was all part of the healing process and that my nose would continue to heal and narrow over time, and he was absolutely right! Now, seven months post-surgery, I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Hobgood and his team!

Everyone was very professional-from the consultation through the recovery process. I was very impressed (and still am) with the results of my nose job. Dr. Hobgood is a master at what he does. He even called me the day before the procedure to answer and questions and that really put me at ease. I love the results and would do it again!

Dr. Hobgood changed my life. And I mean that! Not only is his staff incredibly kind and welcoming but so is he. He made me feel like he truly cared as if he’s known me his whole life. As for my actual surgery, I had my first (and probably only) rhinoplasty! He did an absolutely beautiful job and my only regret was not doing it sooner. Recovery was so quick I was so surprised. I didn’t even bruise! Though everybody’s case is and will be unique, mine was incredible and I will always be grateful for him! I will be back when it’s time for a facelift lol. I finally like my nose, it fits my face and doesn’t feel at all unnatural. I feel like it’s the nose I was born with. The result Dr. Todd achieved is exactly what I had envisioned and hoped for, and I am grateful for his genuine caring and respect for my concerns and wishes, and his honesty about the procedure and what to expect.
….I don’t believe I expressed how happy I am at our last appointment. I am thrilled each time I look in the mirror and do not see that tired looking face from a year ago looking back at me! Thank you very much for doing such wonderful work! [My husband] and I both think you are a caring and an exceptionally skilled surgeon. Before I had my procedures done, I had been very self conscious of my side profile. I thought about it all the time, and I felt really flawed. I finally made the decision to have the surgery and I’m glad I did. I no longer worry about my side profile, and people know something changed about me, but they don’t know what did. They just know I look better….I really do now have a boosted self confidence because I am not preoccupied by my appearance. I don’t think I could ever thank you enough.
I highly recommend Dr. Hobgood as a doctor for your needs regarding facial plastic surgery. My skin cancer doctor suggested that [Dr. Hobgood] may be able to perform a deep skin peel or laser to improve my appearance and help prevent recurrences of future skin cancers.
Dr. Hobgood is a rare type of doctor. He really takes an interest in his patients. He has made several calls to my home to personally check on me; most of these calls were made on his own time either in the evenings or on the weekend. He tries to adjust his schedule to make it easier to see the people who need to see him. If you are looking for a skilled and caring doctor, look no further. Dr. Todd is number one! I just wish he were still in Columbus.
You are such an amazing doctor, and really treated us as not just patients, but you really got to know us on an individual level. We are both doing very well, and Rachel’s nose is gorgeous. She absolutely loves it!
